DESCRIPTION
Increase your flexibility, balance, core strength, and overall health. Yoga classes are designed for all ages and levels. No experience necessary. Enjoy breathing exercises and gentle to challenging yoga posture. Release stress or tension that your mind and body may hold.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Payment must be made at the time of class. Check in with instructor prior to the start of class to sign in. Classroom size is limited to a set number of participants and will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all participants must be active Lakeside Members in order to take this class. Guest tickets may be purchased for non-members to take individual classes while accompanied by a member.

Tuesdays
September 12 – October 10
6:00 – 7:00pm
Class Fee
$12.00 per class
$90.00 for 8 classes
Fees must be paid as they are listed above. Cards purchased for 8 classes are non-refundable, non-transferrable per season.
Current class cards will expire on the date listed on the card. Once there are less than 8 classes remaining, participants may pay for the number of remaining classes, or pay individually until the next season begins.
