Increase your flexibility, balance, core strength, and overall health. Yoga classes are designed for all ages and levels. No experience necessary. Enjoy breathing exercises and gentle to challenging yoga posture. Release stress or tension that your mind and body may hold.

Below you will find Summer dates and times for classes. Beginning in Summer 2022, classes will return to the drop in format used prior to 2020. No pre-registration will be required. Pre-registration is still required for the April and May sessions of Yoga.

Payment must be made at the time of class. Check in with instructor prior to the start of class to sign in. Classroom size is limited to a set number of participants and will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all participants must be active Lakeside Members in order to take this class.
