Meet our personal trainer to get started on a fitness training program to enhance your current routine. Sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Options include, but are not limited to the following choices:
- One-time session to introduce the exercise equipment
- Periodic appointments to modify workouts and maintain motivation
- Regular scheduled appointments to ensure correct form and intensity
- Training tips for specific sports and goals
- Education on cardiovascular activities
- Weight lifting routines
One person: $50.00 per hour or $180 for 4 one hour sessions.
Two people: $95.00 per hour or $340 for 4 one hour sessions.
To set up an appointment, complete this online application or a registration application found in the program flyer rack in the Thompson Hallway and submit to the front desk staff. The trainer, Jared Abell, will contact you to coordinate your session(s). Please note that all participants must be members in order to take any fitness programs at Lakeside.
