Instructed by Nancy Carrington, Nancy Pollock & Kay Begley
Tai chi is a slow, flowing set of movements that requires steady, moving control. It can help improve balance and posture and enhance muscle tone. These slow movements are combined with Qigong breathing and forms that nurture meditative benefits bringing awareness to the vital energy within our body.
Tai Chi integrates the mind and body to promote mental and physical health. It is an intricate blend of Chinese martial arts and therapeutic exercise. The slow, meditative movements produce improvement in muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and relaxation.
