This is a unique and perfect blend of a group fitness class and personal training for women only. Women, 16 years of age and older are encouraged to participate. Instruction, demonstration, and motivation will be taught to develop fitness routines using stretching, the free weights, cardio equipment, health and nutrition.
Dates and fees for Fall Changeover sessions can be found below. Pre-Registration is required for all class sessions. All participants MUST be current active members of Lakeside Swim Club.

Online pre-registration is required. Payment for the entire session must be made no later than FIVE DAYS after registration in order to guarantee placement (cash or check only). Please note that all participants must be Lakeside Members in order to take this class.
