A fitness class geared to strengthen your heart and tone your muscles for total body fitness. The class will use steps, exercise balls, bands and weights.
Below you will find Fall/Winter dates and times for classes. All classes are drop in. No pre-registration will be required.
No classes will be held October 17, 19, December 17, 24, 31.

Fees must be paid as they are listed above. Cards purchased for 12 classes are non-refundable, non-transferrable per season.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Payment must be made at the time of class. Check in with instructor prior to the start of class to sign in. Classroom size is limited to a set number of participants and will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all participants must be active Lakeside Members in order to take this class.
