This is a unique and perfect blend of a group fitness class and personal training for women only. Women, 16 years of age and older are encouraged to participate. Instruction, demonstration, and motivation will be taught to develop fitness routines using stretching, the free weights, cardio equipment, health and nutrition.

Online pre-registration is required. Payment for the entire session must be made no later than FIVE DAYS after registration in order to guarantee placement (Check Only). Please note that all participants must be Lakeside Members in order to take this class.
