Blending Pilates and Yoga techniques, this class offers something for everyone. Expect muscles to be toned and strengthened, flexibility to be increased, and posture to be improved. Tying breath to movement reduces stress while enhancing endurance. Focus is on your body’s
core, including abdominal and lower back.
