• Summer weekday and daily use in winter season: 1 ticket per guest, per day.
  
• Summer weekend and holiday use: 2 tickets per guest, per day.
  
• Any guest 1 year of age or older must have a guest ticket.
  
• Club members must accompany their guest(s) and are responsible for the safety and conduct of their guest in the club.
  
• A daily limit of 8 guests per day is allowed.
  
• Guest tickets are sold in the Pavilion Office on and after opening Day.

Lockers

Lockers rented for 2009-2010 may be received in the Front Office on or after opening day. Lockers must be claimed by July 15th or your locker will be issued to a member on the waiting list. Please review locker regulations on page 8 and in the addendum of the Club Rule Book.

Membership Cards

Membership cards issued in the past five years are still valid. If your card is damaged, the gate attendant will replace it at no charge. If you have lost your card the replacement fee is $5.00.

Please have your membership card present when arriving to the front gate for member check-in. If you are checking in more than one member on the same membership, ask to “show family.” This will expedite the check-in process. Members failing to bring their card to the club will experience a delay in the check-in process.

Parking

• Lakeside offers no on-sight vehicle parking for its members and their guests.  Street parking is the only parking available.

• Be considerate when parking your vehicle; be sure you are not taking two spaces.

• The following have been designated Tow Away Zones by the Louisville Police Department: Bus zones, no parking zones, the club driveways, blocking any driveway in the neighborhood, and/or illegally parked in Handicapped Parking zone.

• Use loading and unloading zones properly. Vehicles proceeding east (towards Bardstown Road) may load or unload passengers in the yellow curb zone in front of the club. This area is marked as a loading zone; driver must remain with vehicle. Loading and unloading is PROHIBITED from vehicles proceeding west on Trevilian Way.

• Bicycle and motorcycle parking is available inside the club. Use the club driveway to gain entrance for parking.

Telephone Use

• Paging System -- This service is available during the summer season only.  A nominal fee is charged and the member is assigned a page number.  Page numbers will be announced over the Public Address system and the member shall respond to the paging phone located outside the Pavilion office.  Calls are limited to 3 minutes.  Lakeside policy is to page by number only, not by name.

• Pay Telephone -- A pay telephone is available on the first floor of the Pavilion.  Lakeside is not responsible for money lost in the pay phone.  The club telephones are reserved for business purposes only.
