Instructor, Glenda Hodges-Cook is introducing this class to members as a means of a whole-person wellness program. Instruction will be in both sitting and walking meditation, as well as time for discussion, and sharing experiences of the practice. Benefits include: a way to quiet the
mind, engender self-knowledge and compassion, and gain perspective on thoughts, moods and emotions.

Session 2 June 21-August 2 (no class July 5)
Saturdays, 11:30 am-1:00 pm

Fee: $50.00 per session, pre-registration required.
