Increase your flexibility, balance, core strength, and overall health. Yoga classes are designed for all ages and levels. No experience necessary. Enjoy breathing exercises and gentle to challenging yoga posture. Release stress or tension that your mind and body may hold.
Yoga/Exercise mat required.

Saturdays 10:30 – 11:30 AM (Saturday classes end April 6)
$10.00 per class or buy a $75.00 punch card good for 8 classes
Pre-registration not required, register with the instructor at the time of the class. Please note that all participants must be members in order to take any fitness classes at Lakeside.
