This is a unique and perfect blend of a group fitness class and personal training for women only. The students will be the only members allowed in the weight room during this class. Women, 16 years of age and older are encouraged to participate. Instruction, demonstration, and motivation will be taught to develop fitness routines using stretching, the free weights, exercise machines, cardio equipment, health and nutrition.
