This class is designed to either get you started with a fitness program or enhance your current cardiovascular activities. Hand weights, resistance bands, weight bars, and balance balls are used to achieve the workout. Routines are constantly changed to accomplish better muscle conditioning and total body fitness.
Shoes and exercise mat required.

$5.00 per class or buy a $55.00 punch card good for 12 classes
Pre-registration not required, register with the instructor at the time of the class. Please note that all participants must be members in order to take any fitness classes at Lakeside.
