An overall fitness program which includes low impact water aerobics, muscle specific toning, and stretching using a variety of exercises, buoys, and kick boards. The result is a complete cardiovascular energizing workout. Classes combine both shallow and deep water exercises.

Dates: May 29 - September 6

Morning Classes: Saturday 10:15-11:15 am; Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:30-11:30 am

Evening Classes: Monday and Wednesday 6:05-7:05 pm

Fee: $3.00 per class, or buy a $33.00 punch card good for 12 classes. Pre-registration not required, register with the instructor at the time of the class.
