Aqua Aerobics
An overall fitness program which includes low impact water aerobics,
muscle specific toning, and stretching using a variety of exercises,
buoys, and kick boards. The result is a complete cardiovascular energizing
workout. Classes
combine both shallow and deep water exercises which utilize aqua-belts.
Dates:
October 22 - April 14
Morning Classes: Saturday 9:15 - 10:15 am / Monday, Wednesday,
Friday 10:30 - 11:30 am
Evening Classes: Monday and Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Fee: $3.00 per class, or buy a $33.00 punch card good
for 12 classes. Pre-registration not required, register with the instructor
at the time of the class.
